TERMS & CONDITIONS/POLICIY

1. Payment and Cancellation policy:
a) A deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking to

secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14

days before the tour departure date. b) Ifyoucancelyourtourbooking:

•  14 or more days prior to departure 25% of the total tour cost will be forfeited

•  14-7 days prior to departure 50% of the total tour cost will be forfeited

•   7 days or less prior to departure 100% of the total tour cost will be forfeited

  2. Itinerary changes:

1. a)  We reserve the right to modify the tour itinerary and substitute hotels,

   transportation or other tour services if necessary. We will make every effort

   to provide comparable or superior services if changes are made.

2. b)  We are not responsible for any expenses or damages resulting from itinerary

   changes, including but not limited to airline tickets or other travel arrangements

3. Health and Safety:
a) It is your responsibility to inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions

that may affect your participation in the tour
b) We reserve the right to refuse participation in the tour to anyone who is not

in good health or whose physical condition could be hazardous to

themselves or others.
c) We are not responsible for any injuries, illnesses or damages that may

occur during the tour

4. Travel Documents:

1. a)  It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all necessary travel

   documents, including but not limited to passports, visas, and vaccination

   certificates

2. b)  We are not responsible for any expenses or damages resulting from your

   failure to obtain or provide the necessary travel documents
